Exchange Policy

At HUSHLB, every product is made to meet a high standard of quality and performance.

 

If your trimmer doesn’t meet that standard, we’ll exchange it.

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Eligible for Exchange

 

• Manufacturing defects
• Products that arrive faulty or not functioning as intended

 

Not Eligible

 

• Used or altered products
• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear
• Missing packaging or accessories
• Change of mind

 

How to Request an Exchange

Please include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

HUSHLB reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.
